STAGING TIPS to help sell your home

What you can expect from me:

  • Prompt response
... and if for some reason I can't be reached, we have a great licensed administrative assistant on staff who usually has the answers! All sales agents at SCRE work as a team; we communicate with one another on a regular basis, so don't be afraid to ask questions of any agent available when you call the office.
  • Great customer service
... having been through a recent home buying and big remodeling project myself, I understand how stressful the process of selling or buying property can be! My professional life has revolved around providing the best customer service possible.
  • Attention to detail
... my professional background as a programmer and business owner taught me to look for all the little details! The process is really not as simple as "put up a sign and get the listing onto the MLS." There are numerous steps to follow and the usual array of paperwork to be filled out - that's where your real estate agent is of the most importance.
  • Follow up
... I won't disappear after your property is listed with us! You'll get regular feedback on what's happening with your listing.

My background:

I grew up in Ironwood, graduated from Gogebic Community College and then moved to Minneapolis. My professional background is as a computer programmer providing top-level customer support. I was a partner for 15 years in a small software company. I've independently supported several clients via internet access since 2003.

After deciding that my software support business truly allowed me to live where I wanted to, I decided to escape big city traffic and enjoy small town life again by moving back to my hometown.

My interest in real estate started a long time ago, while acting as a general contractor on my own vacation home. I finally decided to act upon that interest and went through the educational requirements to become licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin. I've taken several sales education classes since becoming licensed; including e-Pro and ABR (Accredited Buyers Reprentative). I've earned the e-Pro designation and have just recently completed the requirements for ABR.
